Multi-residential / Community | 39,900 sq ft | Phoenix, AZThis new multi-residential community consist of 32 units in four separate 3 story + rooftop buildings. The unit mix consists of 16 one-bedroom + private garden patio (50%) and 16 two-bedrooms (50%) townhomes + private rooftop decks.
We worked with the client to identify and simplify areas of framing for structural efficiency, leading to reduced construction costs and improved building performance. In addition to one-off project improvements, our continued collaboration with this client has grown into a library of strategies for ourselves and our design and construction partners.
